Affirmations are positive statements written in present tense to bring positive changes in life. We have all been trained to see the ‘worst-case scenario’ and with the universal law – Law of Attraction most of the times they come true. Affirmations can be created for any situation using positive statements regarding the outcome we wish to see, and thus our mind changes its focus from the worst case scenario to a more best case scenario.

To conclude, for using affirmations, first analyze the area of life where you would like to see a change. Next, create positive, valid, and achievable affirmation statements that are the positive thoughts/best case scenario for that area of life. Keep repeating your affirmations several times a day, especially when you feel negative thoughts slipping into your mind.
